Russell D. Keil, Jr., President
Mr. Keil is a real estate developer and property manager. Mr. Keil’s family has been active in Union Square real estate for over 100 years. He also serves as the Vice President of the Union Square Association. Mr. Keil has served on the Board since 1988.

James C. Flood, Vice President
Mr. Flood is a former Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo Bank. He is presently a general partner of Flood Partners, the owners and operators of the historic Flood Building in downtown San Francisco. He has served on the Board since 1990.

Louis Meunier, Secretary
Mr. Meunier is the Executive Vice President of Macy’s West.  Mr. Meunier is the Chair of the Visitors and Convention Bureau and has also served as the President of the Union Square Association. He has served on the Board for over ten years.

Linda Mjellem, Director
Ms. Mjellem is the Executive Director of the Union Square Association. The Union Square Association represents businesses and property owners in a 32 block area surrounding Union Square and currently has a membership of 250. Ms. Mjellem has served on the Board since 1996.

Yuki Van Den Ende, Director
Ms. Van Den Ende is the General Manager of Giorgio Armani in Union Square. She is an active participant in Union Square matters and shares the common interest of the businesses with clientele served by the amenities of Union Square. Ms. Van Den Ende has served on the board for over three years.

Billy Bragman, Director
Mr. Bragman is the owner of Billy Blue, a store specializing in men’s furnishings in Union Square. Mr. Bragman, as an owner/operator of a business in the area, is an active participant in Union Square matters. He has served on the Board since 1999.

Reverend Cecil Williams, Director
Reverend Williams is a well-known leader in community service in the City, as well as the entire Bay Area. Reverend Williams heads the Glide Memorial Church on Ellis Street. He has served on the Board since 2001.
